This is to inform the general public that the Sohcahtoa Foundation org Scholarship 2024 application has commenced since 21 August, 2024 and the deadline for application is 20th September, 2024. All interested and qualified candidates who meet the requirements outlined on this page should apply by following the “Apply Now” process.
This scholarship awards N250,000 cash award to Nigerian undergraduate students of public tertiary institutions. In this article, I”ll be sharing with you the application process, what Sohcahtoa Foundation org Scholarship is all about and how to get started. Stay tuned to the end of this article.
About Sohcahtoa Foundation org Scholarship
Sohcahtoa Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving those facing adversity in Africa. With a focus on reaching the most vulnerable populations, we have touched the lives of millions of individuals through our various programs and initiatives. From distributing essential food and relief packages to organizing impactful outreach events and providing vocational/ICT training, striving to uplift and support those in need, bringing hope and joy to communities across the country.
The program strive hard to provide educational support to students to help them succeed in their studies. Amongst a couple of educational support initiatives organised by the Foundation, we are set to kick-start the Back-to-school drive and Undergraduate scholarship program.
The back to school initiative aims at supporting pupils/students in public schools with essential books, writing materials, shoes, bags etc while the Scholarship program is targeted at undergraduates in Nigerian public tertiary institutions.
Eligibility Requirements for SOHCAHTOA Foundation Scholarship 2024
- Applicant must be in their 2nd year or above in a Nigerian Public Tertiary Institution (University, Polytechnic or Colleges of Education)
- Must have at least 5 O’ level credit passes in one sitting (English and Mathematics inclusive)
- Must have a CGPA of 3.5 in a 5 grade system or equivalent in other grade systems
- Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship award, bursary or grant from any other organization
Eligible Courses for SOHCAHTOA Foundation Scholarship
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be studying any of the following courses:
- Administration
- Engineering
- Humanities
- Law
- Mathematics
- Medicine
- Sciences
- Technology

Selection criteria
After the application process, the selection process follows:
